All orders come with free Standard Shipping from anywhere in the US lower 48 states.

General Shipping Information

• Expedited shipping and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional costs which will be calculated during the checkout process.
• Orders will typically ship within 48 hours unless otherwise noted and with exceptions for complex or unusual orders.
• Delivery time for Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days. Depending on the item, the delivery time might be longer.

General Returns Information

We do our best to describe every product as accurately as possible. But in some cases, a return may be necessary. It is of utmost importance that each of our customers receive a product that matches the exact description and visuals that they saw at purchase time. If there is any discrepancy, please carefully read through the following information before requesting a return + refund.

• In all cases of a return, in order to cover credit card fees and costs incurred, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
• Customers have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be returns as sent without alteration or damage in any way to be eligible for a refund.
• All items, once received, will be inspected to determine if damage or alteration has occurred.
• If the product is determined to be damaged or altered, it will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
• If the reason for the return is *not* the fault of Battle Hymn Arms, shipping both ways is the responsibility of the customer in addition to the restocking fee.
• If the reason for return is the fault of Battle Hymn Arms, we will cover ALL shipping costs.
• We recommend you insure the return and obtain tracking information as we cannot honor a refund or exchange for a list or damaged return.
• Due to the nature of our products, the return process is necessarily more intricate. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We will do whatever is fair and reasonable to make sure customers are satisfied.
