Yes! Every item sold on our website is 100% authentic. Our team takes great care in verifying the historical details and authenticity of each antique firearm we sell. We do NOT sell any replicas.

Battle Hymn Arms follow all United States laws regarding antique firearms. As a general rule, you must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase an antique firearm from our site.

No, not at this time.

No. When buying modern firearms online, customers are required by law to ship their firearm purchase to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder before picking it up. However, for antique firearms, there are no such restrictions. Feel free to ship your purchase directly to your own home.

Maybe! While Battle Hymn Arms currently specializes in buying/selling Civil War era antique firearms, we are open to purchasing antique firearms from other historical eras. If you are interested in selling your collection, please send us a message to support@battlehymnarms.com and we will get back to you ASAP.

If you would like to return your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will begin the return process. The item must be in the same condition as sent. We will inspect all items thoroughly upon return. Every return will incur a 20% restocking fee. The purpose of this fee is largely to account for the credit card fees we pay on both ends of the payment processing. Shipping and shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer. All of items we sell have degrees of wear due to their age and their nature as antiques. Some may have significant wear or pitting, and that will be noted in the product description. We do everything possible to provide adequate pictures and descriptions so that customers know what to expect. If you are not satisfied, let us know and we will do what we can to make it right. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at support@battlehymnarms.com to initiate the return process and then ship the item back to us. At this point, if the item is inspected and found to be in unaltered condition, we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

No. We offer shipping options for Hawaii and Alaska. However, free Standard Shipping is not available for these states. If you are ordering from one of these states, we will provide the shipping cost after during the checkout process. Please reach out to support@battlehymnarms.com if you have any further questions about our shipping prices.

Yes, shipping is free on all purchases to the lower 48 States that are above $1000.
